Redevelopment of the iconic BBC TV studios and offices at White City to mixed use residential, retail and commercial premises. Plot A comprised new 8 storey commercial office building. Grants involved Rogers Clarke Lander early in the design stage utilizing our expertise to re-panelise the elevations, combining individual spandrels and mullions into 9.00m long F-units. This greatly reduced the number of brick-faced units to be designed, manufactured and installed, resulting in significant time and cost savings for Grants and the Client.
